It is our sincere pleasure to welcome you to our 51st Annual Production Sale. This year’s offering is based on performance, carcass quality traits, structure and longevity. We are extremely pleased with the overall quality in this set of bulls; we are confident that this is the best group we have ever offered.

Our program is based on maternal traits, such as added milk, fertility and udder quality, as well as over all performance. We operate a cow herd that is strictly culled for fertility, soundness/structure and udder quality concerns. The bulls we offer for sale are managed the same way.

This year was a challenging one. Our area suffered a lack of moisture that caused a shortage of hay and grass. We have been faced with this dilemma before; as a result, it is the biggest reason why we feel it absolutely necessary to produce easy fleshing cattle. We are certain that these bulls will produce cattle that will stay in good condition, even during the tough times.

With the 5th generation of Hereford producers on the Mrnak Ranch, we feel the future of this program has never been so bright, and we look forward to offering you some of the best Hereford genetics in the country for years to come.
